Tujuan penilitian ini yaitu agar dapat menganalisis permasalahan dan solusi pada materi bilangan dan pengukuran dalam pembelajaran Matematika Kelas 3 di SD. Subjek penelitian ini merupakan guru kelas III di SDN yang terletak di Jakarta. Pada pelaksanaan penelitian ini digunakan sebuah metode penelitian yang berupa deskriptif kualitatif melalui penggunaan teknik denga wujud wawancara beserta observasi. Melalui yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini bahwa Metode pembelajaran yang efektif pada matematika terutama di materi bilangan dan pengukuran itu memiliki peranan penting pada proses aktifitas pembelajaran supaya pembelajaran dapat berjalan sesuai yang diharapkan.
