Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada analisis dampak pelecehan seksual terhadap atlet, menggambarkan kebutuhan mendalam untuk pemahaman menyeluruh terhadap fenomena tersebut. Kekerasan seksual, baik fisik maupun verbal, memiliki implikasi serius terutama dalam dunia olahraga, di mana atlet rentan menjadi korban. Dengan latar belakang hukum yang belum sepenuhnya memadai, terutama dalam menegakkan konsekuensi bagi pelaku, pelecehan seksual pada atlet menjadi tantangan serius. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan observasi mendalam terhadap data sekunder dari berbagai sumber. Faktor penyebab pelecehan seksual mencakup aspek psikologis, sosial, dan struktural, seperti parafilia, stereotip gender, dan kebijakan organisasional. Penelitian ini menyoroti solusi, termasuk penguatan kebijakan, pelatihan, dan perlindungan hukum. Hak-hak dasar atlet, privasi, dan partisipasi dalam olahraga perlu dijamin oleh undang-undang. Kesimpulan penelitian menegaskan perlunya tindakan serius dalam menciptakan lingkungan olahraga yang aman dan mendukung, dengan penerapan hukum yang kuat untuk melindungi atlet dari pelecehan seksual yang merugikan.
