The Final Project sebagai Model Tailored Future Roadmap Berbasis Nilai Khair di PKBM

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan The Final Project sebagai model tailored future roadmap berbasis nilai khair dalam konteks PKBM. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis dokumen terhadap blueprint program, dokumen roadmap siswa, serta literatur mengenai khair, pendidikan Islam, family involvement, coaching, mentoring, dan transisi pasca-SMA. Analisis data dilakukan melalui thematic content analysis dengan fokus pada integrasi nilai spiritual, personalisasi pembelajaran, dan konstruksi roadmap masa depan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai khair menjadi landasan filosofis yang mengintegrasikan tawakkal, refleksi diri, talent mapping, keterlibatan keluarga, analisa finansial, eksplorasi peluang, dan penguatan spiritualitas. Model The Final Project terdiri atas enam fase utama: penyamaan persepsi, talent mapping, eksplorasi masa depan, penyusunan roadmap, refleksi spiritual, dan presentasi akhir. Fleksibilitas PKBM mendukung pendekatan pendampingan yang lebih personal dan kontekstual. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa The Final Project berpotensi menjadi model pendidikan transisi pasca-SMA berbasis tauhid yang mendukung kesiapan hidup secara holistik.
