Implementasi Proses Rekrutmen Peserta Didik Baru pada SMA Negeri 1 Kedamean Kota Gresik

Fokus penelitian ini merupakan mengungkap implementasi manajemen pendaftaran siswa secara online di SMA Negeri 1 Kedamean ketika menerapkan sistem PPDB online, studi ini mengadopsi metode kualitatif dengan tujuan mendapatkan pemahaman yang komprehensif terhadap data yang ditemui atau ditemukan oleh peneliti. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa dalam menilai kualifikasi calon mahasiswa baru di SMA Negeri 1 Kedamean,database siswa dibuat dan dikelola untuk memudahkan proses seleksi dan penerimaan siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Kedamean. Kebijakan sekolah merupakan analisis data, yang menggunakan teknologi untuk menganalisis data penerimaan seperti profil siswa, preferensi sekolah, dan data demografi untuk meningkatkan proses seleksi.Berdasarkan arahan teknis dari pemerintah provinsi yang menjadi pedoman dalam pelaksanaan PPDB online di SMA Negeri 1 Kedamean,Oleh karena itu, diputuskan bahwa pelaksanaan PPDB online akan dilakukan di ruang pertemuan guru yang dipilih sebagai tempat penyelenggaraan PPDB online.Badan dan Anggaran PPDB Online bersumber dari Dana BOS sekolah itu sendiri, dan pada Sistem Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru PPDB Online Tahun Pelajaran 2023/2024 dilaksanakan 4 jalur yaitu Afirmasi, Prestasi, Seleksi Khusus dan Jalur Akademik pada PPDB Online yang sedang berlangsung. Koneksi langsung ke database Dinas Sosial dan Pendidikan Kementerian Agama dan KONI sehingga terhindar dari penipuan saat pelaksanaan PPDB Online. Proses penerimaan peserta didik baru PPDB online kini lebih transparan sehingga memudahkan peserta didik dan panitia memverifikasi data sebenarnya serta memudahkan akuntabilitas panitia karena seluruh data dibuat menggunakan sistem ini.
