Token Economy Sebagai Teknik Untuk Meningkatkan Active Learning pada Anak Usia Dini di TK Mutiara Kota Kupang

Anak usia dini merupakan kelompok usia yang dalam memenuhi tugas perkembangan harus melalui proses bermain dan belajar. Beberapa anak kesulitan dalam beradaptasi dengan proses pembelajaran di kelas. Hal ini menunjukan perilaku non-active learning. Modifikasi perilaku ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan perilaku active-learning pada anak usia dini di TK Mutiara Kota Kupang menggunakan token economy. Pemodifikasi perilaku melibatkan guru sebagai pemodifikasi utama dalam meningkatkan active-learning siswa. 2 target yaitu anak usia dini di TK Mutiara terlibat secara langsung dalam penerapan token economy. Hasil modifikasi perilaku ini menunjukan bahwa token economy efektif untuk meningkatkan perilaku active learning anak usia dini.
