Implementasi Manajemen Pembelajaran Pada Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus di Kb-Tk Anak Cerdas Ungaran

Manajeman pembelajaran adalah suatu proses pengelolaan kegiatan yang meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengendalian, dan pengevaluasian yang berkaitan dengan proses pembelajaran siswa untuk mencapai tujuan yang optimal. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan diskriptif. Manajeman pembelajaran di KB-TK Anak Cerdas dilaksanakan sesuai dengan kurikulum yang dilakukan dilembaga tersebut. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat pada perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan penilaian pada peserta didik yang tersusun dengan baik administrasinya. Dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran terstruktur sesuai dengan perencaan yang dibuat, serta penilaian pembelajaran yang dibuat sesuai dengan tahap perkembangan anak yang sebenarnya dan dibuktikan dengan dokumentasi dari guru. Dengan manajeman pembelajaran di KB-TK Anak Cerdas yang sudah tersusun dengan baik maka tujuan pembelajaran yang dicapai oleh anak akan berjalan dengan maksimal.
