Abstract

Tulisanaini membahas untukamengelola sumber daya yang diperlukan bagi anak usia dini pada pendidikanya. Manajemenasarana prasaranaipendidikan anakamencakup rencana, mengadakan, distribusi, pemeliharaan, penghapusan, dan mengawasi. Saat menjalankan manajemen sarana dan prasarana, beberapa hal harus dipertimbangkan. Ini termasuk jumlah siswa, kondisi sekolah, kontribusi wali murid, dan kemajuan teknologi dan ilmu pengetahuan. Dengan pengelolaan sarana prasarana pengembangan anak usia dini yang efektif maka kualitas pelayanan dan hasil pendidikan akan meningkat sesuai visi dan misi lembaga. Penelitian kualitatif deskriptif adalah jenisnya. Wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi adalah teknik yang digunakan. Selanjutnya, data yang sudah dikumpulkan kemudian diperiksa dan dibuat kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PAUD di KB-TK Anak Pintar Ungaran merupakan instalasi dan pengelolaana sarana aprasarana yang meliputiaperencanaan, penyiapan, pendaftaran,ipendistribusian, pemeliharaan dan adopsi. Kepala sekolah bertanggung jawab mengelola sarana prasarana di bawah pengawasan yayasan sekolah. KB-TK Anak Cerdas Ungaran tidak hanya memiliki media pembelajaran yang memadai, tetapi juga memiliki ruang baca yang dapat mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran.
