Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak sekolah terhadap prospek kerja perempuan. Studi ini juga bermaksud untuk menyelidiki masalah yang dihadapi perempuan di sektor yang tidak terorganisir. Pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dan deskriptif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian yang memberikan nilai tinggi pada informasi verbal, pengamatan mendalam, dan memahami makna dari asal-usul fenomena sosial atau humanisme dikenal sebagai penelitian kualitatif. Alih-alih menggunakan populasi, pendekatan kualitatif beralih dari individu yang terisolasi ke lokasi dengan keadaan sosial yang sebanding. Pendekatan kualitatif yang subjektif, naratif, dan mencakup semuanya, memiliki kapasitas untuk menghasilkan teori. Dalam proses penelitian, pendekatan kualitatif lebih penting daripada hasil yang akan terjadi. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan memiliki peran penting dalam pekerjaan perempuan, meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga, dan mengatasi masalah yang dihadapi perempuan di pasar tenaga kerja resmi dan informal.
