Abstract

Olahraga kesehatan adalah kegiatan olah raga yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesehatan dan membawa manfaat bagi tubuh dan tubuh. Olahraga adalah kegiatan jasmani yang mengandung unsur bermain, melibatkan interaksi lingkungan dan perjuangan antara diri sendiri dengan orang lain dalam unsur alam, serta terbuka untuk semua lapisan masyarakat sesuai dengan kemampuan dan kesenanganya. Kesehatan mental memegang peranan penting dalam kehidupan seseorang.Tidak hanya kesehatan fisik  yang penting, tetapi juga kesehatan mental.Mungkin tidak terlihat jelas, namun faktor psikologis menjadi salah satu penyebab banyaknya kematian di dunia.Secara umum, kesehatan mental dapat diartikan sebagai keadaan psikologis yang berkembang berdasarkan motivasi yang kuat untuk mencapai kualitas diri yang lebih baik, baik dalam kehidupan berkeluarga, kehidupan profesional, dan aspek kehidupan lainnya. Penyakit mental adalah suatu kondisi di mana seseorang menderita masalah psikologis.
