Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bahwa Teori Humanistik sangat penting untuk menciptakan pembelajaran inovatif di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian perpustakaan dan kuesioner yang datanya berasal dari berbagai sumber, seperti buku, ensiklopedi, kamus, jurnal, dokumen, majalah, dan lainnya. Dalam psikologi pendidikan, teori belajar humanistik adalah yang paling penting. Teori ini menekankan betapa pentingnya pengalaman seseorang dan bagaimana pengalaman tersebut mempengaruhi cara mereka belajar dari teori belajar humanistik. Belajar bukan hanya tentang menghapal informasi tapi lebih dari itu, belajar adalah tentang kebebasan untuk mencari sendiri dan mencapainya di mana saja. Teori ini bertujuan untuk memanusiakan manusia, seperti namanya, humanistik, yang berarti manusia.
