Hubungan yang signifikan antara keaktifan tenaga pendidik dengan kemajuan kualitas pembelajaran. Partisipasi tenaga pendidik dalam kegiatan-kegiatan pengembangan profesional, seperti pelatihan dan workshop, berkontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran. Selain itu, keterlibatan aktif tenaga pendidik dalam proses pembelajaran dan pengambilan keputusan sekolah juga memperkuat kemajuan dan perkembangan pembelajaran.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh keaktifan dan partisipasi tenaga pendidik terhadap kemajuan dan perkembangan kualitas pembelajaran di SDN Lidah Wetan IV. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik survei dan observasi. Subjek penelitian melibatkan tenaga pendidik di SDN Lidah Wetan IV. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, serta dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif.Penelitian menemkan bahhwa meningkatkan keaktifan dan partisipasi tenaga pendidik melalui program-program pengembangan profesional yang berkelanjutan dan terstruktur. Dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di SDN Lidah Wetan IV dapat terus berkembang dan maju.
