Pembelajaran hukum di kelas Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan (PKn) Sekolah Dasar (SD) memegang peranan penting dalam membangun kesadaran hukum dan kepatuhan terhadap aturan sejak usia dini. Salah satu fungsi PKn adalah sebagai Pendidikan hukum bagi peserta didik, namun fungsi tersebut belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali, mengkaji, dan memperoleh gambaran mengalami pembelajaran hukum dalam pkn berdasarkan teori pedagogik.Landasan pedagogik yang tepat menjadi kunci untuk mewujudkan pembelajaran hukum yang efektif dan bermakna bagi siswa SD.
