Evaluasi Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Menggunakan CIPP

Kurikulum Merdeka merupakan kebijakan pendidikan yang bertujuan untuk memberikan kebebasan kepada sekolah untuk mengembangkan kurikulumnya sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan karakteristik peserta didiknya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi kebijakan kurikulum Merdeka dengan menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP yang berfokus pada konteks, masukan, proses dan hasil. Proses mengevaluasi untuk memperhitungkan kegiatan pembelajaran, tanggung jawab pelaksanaan kurikulum, dan waktu pelaksanaan. Evaluasi produk mengevaluasi keberhasilan suatu kurikulum dalam mencapai tujuan tertentu. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, meskipun penerapan kurikulum Merdeka di sekolah dasar telah mencapai hasil yang baik, namun beberapa indikator yang perlu ditingkatkan. Hambatan implementasi kurikulum antara lain kurangnya kapasitas pedagogik, kurangnya waktu, dan kapasitas teknis, serta perlunya dukungan siswa. Kesimpulannya kita dapat mengatakan bahwa kurikulum Merdeka ini telah diterapkan sangat baik dan efisien. Namun masih memerlukan pengembangan lebih lanjut. Evaluasi CIPP dapat digunakan sebagai alat untuk mempertimbangkan konteks, masukan proses, dan evaluasi produk.
