Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Dosen dan Metode Pemberian Tugas terhadap Motivasi Mahasiswa Prodi Manejemen Sumber Daya Manusia Aparatur (MSDMA) di Politeknik STIA LAN Jakarta

Peran kepemimpinan dalam ranah pendidikan menjadi hal yang fundamental. Kepemimpinan dosen yang efektif dapat menghasilkan pembelajaran yang efisien dan efektif, serta mampu membentuk disiplin baik pada peserta didik maupun dosen itu sendiri. Setiap dosen memiliki gaya kepemimpinan dan strategi memimpin yang berbeda-beda yang berpengaruh dalam proses pembelajaran. Selain itu, metode pemberian tugas juga memegang peran yang penting dalam proses pembelajaran, dengan pemilihan metode yang tepat akan berdampak terhadap proses pembelajaran yang efektif dan dapat meningkatkan motivasi mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan apakah terdapat pengaruh antara gaya kepemimpinan dosen dan metode pemberian tugas terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa MSDMA di Politeknik STIA LAN Jakarta. Metode yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui angket atau kuesioner. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 27. Populasi dalam studi ini adalah mahasiswa angkatan 2022 program MSDMA, dengan sampel penelitian terdiri dari 30 mahasiswa. Kesimpulan dari penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh sebesar 61,9% dan nilai t hitung (4.401) > t tabel (2.05183) dan tingkat signifikansi (0,000) < 0,05. Oleh karena itu, H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima.
