Implementasi Manajemen Tenaga Pendidik dan Kependidikan dalam Meningkatkan Prestasi Siswa Akademik dan Non Akademik

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi tenaga pendidik dalam meningkatkan prestasi siswa di SMAN 13 Surabaya. Metode yang digunakan mencakup observasi dan wawancara dengan Wakil Kepala sekolah bidang Kesiswaan. Observasi dan wawancara memberikan informasi mendalam mengenai strategi pengajaran serta motivasi yang diterapkan oleh tenaga pendidik untuk meningkatkan semangat belajar siswa. Di SMAN 13 Surabaya, penerapan strategi pengajaran yang efektif sangat penting. Guru tidak hanya memberikan pengetahuan, tetapi juga memotivasi siswa untuk meningkatkan prestasi akademis mereka. Pengembangan tenaga pendidik disekolah ini dilakukan melalui berbagai program pelatihan seperi pendidikan lanjutan, seminar, workshop. Evaluasi terhadap tenaga pendidik dilakukan melalui supervise kelas dan penilaian oleh kepala sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pengajaran dan motivasi guru berperan signifikan dalam meningkatkan prestasi siswa di SMAN 13 Surabaya. Kesimpulannya, implementasi strategi dan motivasi yang tepat oleh tenaga pendidik dapat meningkatkan semangat dan prestasi belajar siswa.
