Strategi Seleksi dan Rekrutmen Tenaga Pendidik dan Kependidikan yang Efektif di SMA Muhammadiyah 8 Gresik

Pendidikan merupakan fondasi penting dalam membangun masyarakat yang berkualitas dan berkelanjutan. Di tengah dinamika perkembangan pendidikan, strategi seleksi dan rekrutmen tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan menjadi krusial dalam menjamin mutu pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi-strategi efektif dalam seleksi dan rekrutmen tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan yang dapat memperkuat sistem pendidikan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen terkait kebijakan pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi strategi-strategi tersebut mampu meningkatkan efektivitas proses seleksi dan rekrutmen tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan. Dengan demikian, sistem pendidikan dapat memperoleh tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan yang berkualitas, kompeten, serta berkomitmen untuk menghadirkan pembelajaran yang bermakna bagi peserta didik. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pemahaman lebih mendalam tentang pentingnya strategi seleksi dan rekrutmen yang efektif dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Implikasi dari temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi landasan bagi pengembangan kebijakan dan praktik seleksi dan rekrutmen tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan yang lebih baik di masa depan.
