Abstract

Kesadaran hukum merupakan aspek penting yang perlu ditanamkan sejak dini, khususnya melalui pendidikan di sekolah dasar (SD). Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi konsep kesadaran hukum dan pentingnya ketaatan terhadap aturan hukum yang diajarkan dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan (PKN) di SD. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur dan observasi lapangan di beberapa sekolah dasar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman siswa mengenai aturan hukum dan kesadaran untuk mematuhinya dapat ditingkatkan melalui pendekatan pembelajaran yang interaktif dan kontekstual. Dengan demikian, diharapkan generasi muda mampu menjadi warga negara yang taat hukum dan berkontribusi positif dalam masyarakat.
