Implementasi Pembelajaran Kewarganegaraan Sebagai Upaya Menanggulangi Kasus Toleransi dan Diskriminasi di Sekolah

Pendidikan toleransi bertujuan menangkal radikalisme, sekolah menerapkan pendidikan toleransi untuk menumbuhkan toleransi beragama dilingkungan informal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dasar dari penelitian ini teori induktif menekankan observasi dan mengembangkan dasar praktik hubungan "intuitif" antar variabel melalui analisis literatur dan metode penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan sejumlah prosedur sistematis. Kasus intoleransi di sekolah mencakup perundungan berbasis etnis, agama, dan status sosial. Fenomena ini menghambat perkembangan sosial dan emosional siswa serta menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang tidak sehat. Implemenatasi pendidikan kewarganegaraan dalam mencegah intoleransi dan diskriminasi disekolah mencegah kasus ini. Sehingga pendidikan di sekolah dapat mendorong hidup berdampingan secara berkelanjutan dan kewarganegaraan yang bertanggung jawab.
