Pengaruh Penggunaan Media Pop Up Book untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik pada Pembelajaran PKN di SDN 1 Sukoharjo

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk melihat sejauh mana pengaruh media pop up book dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan (PKN) di SDN 1 Sukoharjo. Permasalahan yang diangkat berkaitan dengan rendahnya capaian belajar peserta didik serta kurangnya variasi media pembelajaran yang menarik. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen semu. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 60 anggota kelas V yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok, yaitu kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Instrumen yang diterapkan meliputi tes hasil belajar dan lembar observasi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara kedua kelompok. Kelompok eksperimen yang memakai media pop up book memperoleh rata-rata nilai post-test sebesar 82,5, sedangkan kelompok kontrol memperoleh rata-rata 71,3. Hasil uji signifikansi menunjukkan nilai 0,000 yang ada di bawah batas 0,05. Oleh sebab itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemakaian media pop up book berpengaruh positif terhadap kenaikan hasil belajar PKN siswa sekolah dasar.
